Sequoia High School CityTress Planting

Location: Sequoia High School, 1201 Brewster Ave, Redwood City, CA 94062
In partnership with PG&E, Davey Tree Expert Company, the Sequoia High School Alumni Association and the Sequoia High School Administration, CityTrees will be planting 8 large trees on the Sequoia High School campus on Saturday, April 28, from 9am to 12 noon. In additional to planting trees, tree stumps will be removed and there will be a general clean up of a segment of the campus.
CityTrees will provide a light breakfast (coffee, fruit, muffins, etc) and water. We will also provide planting tools, gloves, and safety vests, which must be worn by all volunteers at all times during the planting. Volunteers are required to wear closed-toe shoes, and are encouraged to wear long sleeves, long pants, hats, and sun protection. Children 10 and older are welcome as long as a parent or guardian is also present at the event.
