The TRCCS Spring Social will be held May 4th at Iola Mills in Iola. This event was designed to bring parents and friends of TRCCS together to meet and have fun with one another while also raising funds for playscape and outdoor equipment. The event will be divided into two parts: a private event for the parents of TRCCS and their friends and a public event with music performances. The private event will begin at 5 pm with doors opening a half hour before. There will be a pizza buffet and silent auction. The public part will start at 7pm and will be a lively concert featuring artists of TRCCS. We will need help with greeter/ticket sales, dishwashing, bussing tables, and silent auction monitoring at the event. See below for details.

Greeters: Greeters will welcome guests to the event and collect entrance fees if necessary. Greeters will be stationed within viewing and listening of the performers once the concert begins.

Dishwasher: Clean dishes using commercial dishwasher. Will receive training.

Busser: Gather dirty dishes from event area and bring back to kitchen. Must be able to carry bins full of dishes and navigate stairs.

Silent Auction Monitors: Silent auction monitors will be responsible for observing bidding, totaling winning bids, packing up/organizing auction items.

The event will be inside an insulated building, so dress accordingly. All volunteers MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Greeter
Greeters will welcome guests to the event; hand out name tags; collect entrance fees if necessary. Greeters will be stationed within viewing and listening of the performers once the concert begins.

Door Monitor
Door monitors will be stationed in the Iola Mills cafe and will welcome guests to the event and direct them to the check-in area. May bring a companion to keep you company.
