Holiday Faire 2022

The TRCCS campus is transformed into a festive, holiday village and opened to the public to share what makes our school so great . It will take place on Sunday, December 4th, from 11 to 3pm at the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station.
The faire is a gathering of local craftspeople selling their wares with other features like crafting, a kids-only store, a farmers market, entertainment, and soup made and sold by 5th graders for Pentathlon fund.
Assist vendors and address misc. issues
Direct & Manage Vendors
Assist vendors, setup tables, give map/schedule to each vendor.
Set Up Bake Sale tables, baked goods, signage, and donation jar.
Set up vending area. Assist walking vendors, outfit with correct gear, cash, and merchandise as needed. (6th graders)
Manage the setup of craft room in Becker Lodge. Ensure all supplies are present and stations for crafting are setup. Train students volunteer how to do crafts.
Direct CWES kitchen staff in final soup preparations, set up vending area, put up signs, etc.
Supervise 8th Grade Ticketers. Get ticketers outfitted with cash aprons, radios, maps, gnome hats, and VIP passes and setup at station. Carry radio.
Stand in parking lot. Direct and sell tickets to shoppers as they arrive. Answer questions. Two stationed before classroom loop and two by Walker Loop.
Make popcorn and hot chocolate continuously. Tend fire outside of Sunset Lodge.
Setup play space. Supervise young children while their parents shop or volunteer. Shift can be filled by responsible adults or older students. Naomi's Yurt

Put away unsold merchandise, load in a vehicle, take down decorations, fold tablecloths. Sunset Lodge
Pack up craft supplies, put tables/chairs back, sweep, load boxes into a vehicle. Becker Lodge.
Pack up kids-only store items: put stuff in boxes, load into a car, put furniture back into classrooms, sweep. Donate to thrift store.
Put away tables & chairs, return classrooms to their original state, take down decorations & signs, sweep
