Holiday Faire 2019

The TRCCS campus is transformed into a charming holiday village complete with gnomes. The faire is a gathering of local craftspeople selling their wares. Features a booth with items crafted by students and parents, kids-only store, Farmers Market, and local food and entertainment. Soup made and sold by 5th graders for Pentathlon fund.
Assist vendors, setup tables, give map/schedule to each vendor.
Assist vendors and address misc. issues
Stand in parking lot. Direct and sell tickets to shoppers as they arrive. Answer questions. Two stationed before classroom loop and two by Walker Loop.
Setup crafts and train Volunteer how to do crafts
Final soup preparations, set out dishes, fill and get steam pans hot, slice bread, put our signs, etc.
Greet shoppers, stamp map, answer questions
Assist volunteers, outfit with correct gear, cash, and merchandise as needed.
Assist Customers, make change.
Work side by side with kids to make crafts. First half hour of shift is learning the craft if necessary.
