Spring Fling 2025

The TRCCS Spring Fling will be held May 10th from 3 to 7pm on the TRCCS/CWES campus.

We will have music and performances at the amphitheater and fun interactive activities like a dunk tank, photo booth, basket raffle, concessions, games, and more.

Greeters: Greeters will welcome guests to the event and collect entrance fees if necessary. Greeters will be stationed in the office loop driveway and be able to view and listen to the performances.

Basket Raffle Monitors: Basket raffle monitors will be responsible for selling tickets, monitoring the raffle, packing up/organizing baskets and labeling them with winners' names and contact info. This shift will be will be stationed outside between Shaw Cabin and the bath house. In the case of rain or dampness, we would move this activity inside Shaw Cabin.

Dunk tank: We need help selling, directing participants, and fetching balls (could be students). This will be setup near the bath house.

Phot booth: Ms. Brooke will need an assistant in the photo booth selling tickets and organizing props. This station will be in Ms. Stacey's classroom in Sunrise North.

Face painting: We need volunteers to paint faces (could be students/alumni) and to take donations.

Clean up: Return benches, picnic tables, and firepits to their homes. Pack up items in classrooms, return furniture to where it belongs, and tidy up floors. Return traffic cones to office loop area. Take down signs. Shift is entirely outside and requires lifting, walking, and bending over so dress accordingly. Helpful students are welcome to help.

The event will be mostly outside unless noted otherwise, so dress accordingly. All volunteers will need to park by the maintenance building adjacent to the school garden. Being cash so you can support the various fundraisers at the event!

Prepare to have fun! Many hands make light work!
