The mission of the Public Library of Collins, Iowa is to enrich the community and surrounding area by providing educational resources for those of all ages. The library is typically busy during the summer and after school as a safe place for children to hang out. Volunteers will be helping clean up damage done by flooding and termites, including demo of flooring, walls, and shelves. Volunteers are asked to meet at the JEO office by 8 am. JEO has some inspection tools (sledgehammer, etc.) that will be available, bud additional hammers and pry bars will be needed.
