Pick up pizzas at Costco on 48th in Hillsboro then bring them to Hare Field to be delivered to Kristi Thomas 503-750-3829

Passing out uniforms to students. Meet at the school for this. Pass plumes and be available for other uniform emergencies at the game.

Please plan to meet at 5:00pm (same as kids) at the band room. You can ride with the kids on the busses, help during the game, and ride back with them afterward. Geoff Fotland is the contact for this volunteer role.

Pit Crew is responsible for pushing the front ensemble instruments, equipment, and drum major stands from a staging area onto the field during halftime. They also help pull everything back off the field. This is a quick and easy job! Vidal Celino will be the Pit Crew lead this year. Contact Vidal at 503-484-7131.
