Compound Set Up/Tear Down
Volunteers are needed to unpack and set up the Compound before the band and colorguard arrives and tear it down and pack up the Compound U-haul. Compound volunteers will assist with setting up our tents and kitchen. Help is also needed to break everything down on Saturday night and re-load the truck. We typically will break down our compound toward the end of the night; however, we try to get a jump on it before the end of the competition.

Drivers are needed for 2 trucks to haul compound, props. equipment, and front ensemble.

Pit Crew
Vidal Celino will be the Pit Crew lead. He will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done. Pit will be responsible for helping move the front ensemble, drum major stands, mic & stand, and the props during the preliminary and final performances at each band event. During the awards that follow the prelim performance, we will find out what time we play in the finals. Once we have that time, Vidal and Wendy will make an announcement as to when to meet back at the compound to move Pit for the finals performance.
