8:00 a.m. Wake-up/shower
9:00 a.m. Breakfast (we'll walk over to compound area)
12:15 p.m. - Performance (is actually TBD - may be as early as 12:15 p.m.)
2:00 p.m. - Lunch
3:40 p.m. - Preliminary awards ceremony

Finals and Dinner are dependent on the results of the preliminary awards.

9:30 p.m. - Final Awards Ceremony
10:00 p.m. - Load trucks
11:00 p.m. - Settle in to gym at GPHS
12:30 p.m. - Lights out!

Pit Volunteers

Please plan to meet at by the uniforms at 11am for prelims. The meeting time for finals will be determined once we know our gate time for finals.

Overnight Chaperones

At least 4 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall. A balance of male and female volunteers are needed please!
