3:00 p.m. - Meet/load trucks
4:00 p.m. - Leave Hilhi
6:00 p.m. - Dinner (Papa's Pizza Parlor - 1577 Coburg Rd, Eugene, OR 97401)
9:15 p.m. - Arrive at Grants Pass High School - offload and settle into gym
11:00 p.m. - Lights out

3:00pm - 9:30pm
Bus Chaperones
2-4 chaperones are needed to ride bus #2. Please ensure you spread out between the back front and center of the bus per Mr. Fotland's request. Two chaperones are needed to ride bus #1

U-Haul Truck Drivers
Two drivers are needed to drive our U-Hauls to Grants Pass on Friday and back home on Sunday. The times for picking up the trucks and loading them will be published here once we get closer.

One driver with a pick-up to haul the Hilhi Band trailer. Exact time for loading TBD.
