All School Band Festival at Hilhi - Bake Sale & 50/50 raffle

Location for this event is the Hilhi gym. This is a fundraising event for the band and we will need volunteers to bake goodies for the bake sale. All items will be priced as $5 per plate. So if you are making smaller items like lemon bars or cookies please package your items by the plate full. Larger items such as cakes and pies will also be priced as $5 each. Please arrive with your baked goods by 6:15pm. The concert will begin at 7pm
We are also in need of a couple individuals to help sell tickets to the 50/50 raffle ahead of the concert.
6:15pm - 7:30pm
Ticket Sellers
We will have a small table to sell tickets to the 50/50 raffle prior to the start of the concert. We could use a couple of people to help sell tickets.
6:30pm - 7:15pm
Sell baked goods
We will also need a couple people to stick around and sell any baked goods that are remaining after the show.
