This is an all day marching competition and will be held at Autzen Stadium at University of Oregon. ***The schedule below is current as of 10/23/18***

Marching Championships Schedule
4:00am Meet/Load any final items
4:30am-Depart Hilhi
7:00-7:15am Arrive at Autzen Stadium
7:15-7:25am Get Buses and District Truck in staging area for the day
7:30am-Students offload
7:45am-Students get props offloaded and to staging area at the West Entrance at Autzen. Students also offload Front Ensemble Equipment, Uniform Boxes if needed
8:15am-Students eat a snack.
8:30am-Students get into uniforms.
8:55am-Music Warm-up/Staging Area B
9:47am-Transition Time to West Entrance of Autzen (Where props are staged)
9:52am-Ready Time
10:05am-Performance Time
10:23am-Pictures
11:30am-Lunch
4:10pm-Preliminary Awards
TBD - Dinner (time will be determined following our prelim performance).
WE ARE STAYING FOR THE WHOLE DAY!!
10:00pm Finals Awards
11:00pm-Leave U of O
1:30am- Return to Hilhi/offload trucks
1:50am- Everyone goes home! Happy Birthday Mr. Fotland!

U-Haul Drivers
3 drivers are needed to drive equipment, props, and compound down to Eugene. Trucks will be loaded on Friday. Plan to leave Hilhi at 3am.

Tom Bechtold is the lead for Pit Crew. They will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done. Plan to meet at the compound at 8:45am.

Jana Galina is the Chuck Wagon lead and can provide direction as needed. Plan to meet at 11:30am at the Compound as we are not serving breakfast.
