If I could get a couple parents to stick around and chaperone the students during the game, that would be appreciated.

We will need two people to drive two U-Hauls from Hilhi to Hare Field and back following the game.

5-6 volunteers needed. (2 for counter, 2 for the back, 1 as a runner, 1 optional for restocking).

Pit Crew is responsible for pushing the front ensemble instruments, equipment, and drum major stands from a staging area onto the field during halftime. They also help pull everything back off the field. This is a quick and easy job!

Tom Bechtold will be the Pit Crew lead this year. He will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done.
