• 1pm Band Students meet and load buses and Truck
• 2:30pm Trucks & Buses depart for Grants Pass
• TBDpm Eat Dinner at Home Town Buffet in Springfield Or. (Dinner provided by Band Boosters)
• TBDpm-Back on route to Grants Pass
• 8:00pm Arrive at North Middle School in Grants Pass

2:00pm - 7:00pm
Truck Drivers
Three drivers are needed to drive our U-Hauls to Grants Pass on Friday and back home on Sunday. Trucks will be picked up from U-Haul at noon and will be loaded at 1pm.

2:00pm - 8:00pm
Bus Chaperones
3 chaperones are needed to ride bus #2. Please ensure you spread out between the back front and center of the bus per Mr. Fotland's request. Two chaperones are needed to ride bus #1

8:00pm - 8:00am
Overnight Chaperones
At least 6 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall.
