Please plan to be ready to go by 3:45pm. Bus chaperones will accompany the kids during the home coming parade as they march from Lincoln Elementary to Hare Field. If you are unable to walk the parade route, you are welcome to stay on the bus.

We will need two drivers for two U-haul trucks full of props and equipment. Drivers will drive from Hilhi to Hare Field and back following the game.

5-6 volunteers needed. (2 for counter, 2 for the back, 1 as a runner, 1 optional for restocking). Monica Hite is our volunteer lead will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with this job.

Pit crew can plan to meet at Hare Field at 7pm. Tom Bechtold is the Pit Crew lead and will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done.

6 volunteers needed. (This shift requires clean up and restocking at the end of the night. 2 of the 6 volunteers will be needed to count the money.) Monica Hite is our volunteer lead will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with this job.
