Moda Center - Fundraising Opportunity (Blazers v Denver) 312 Yeti’s

HBBA has made arrangements for parents and students to work events at the Moda Center to earn money to offset band costs for band families. There are few steps that need to be completed before you work an event. Please see the attachment for details.

Stand leads will leave earlier but the rest of us plan to meet at the school and carpool from there. If you need to drive separatly we can try to get you a parking pass ahead of time. You are encouraged to carpool with other band parents because parking can be difficult and hard to find. You'll need to wear a Hilhi T-Shirt and Hilhi ball cap(Shannon will provide hats). You are also asked to wear black pants and black NON-SLIP shoes (you can find these at Payless Shoes).

More details will be provided as we get closer to the event. These hours do not count towards your 40 volunteer hours.
