This is an all day marching competition and will be held at Autzen Stadium at University of Oregon. Below is the most recent schedule as of 11/1/17.

4:00am-Get on the bus
4:30am-Depart for UO
6:40am -Arrive at UO/Autzen Stadium
6:50am-Offload-Take care of staging props
7:30am-Snack
8:00am- Get into uniforms
8:20am-Visual Warm
9:00am-Music Warm-Up
9:29am-Gate time
9:39am Performance Time
11:30am-Lunch
12:30pm-Watch Bands
3:45pm-Prelim Awards!
Dinner time TBD
Finals Performance Time-Contingent on us placing in the top two in our division. Time TBD
10:00pm Final Awards Ceremony
11:30pm Leave UO for home
1:40am-Return to Hilhi

4:00am - 11:30pm
Bus Chaperones
minimum of 2 chaperones per bus

Compound Set Up
This setup time is tentative as of 11/1/17. The compound structures (tents) will be set up on Friday at 7pm. Early Saturday the chuck wagon and contents of the compound need to be unloaded and set up.

Shannon & Gil Camacho are the volunteer leads and will available to provide direction if you are unsure what needs to be done.
