Friday Bingo Volunteer Shift

Friday Bingo is an important fundraiser supporting the students and programs of St. Bernard School. Volunteers must arrive on time, check in, remain for the entire shift, and check out before leaving.

First Shift: 12:30–5:30 p.m. — Limited to 3 volunteers
Volunteers will assist with preparing and bundling Bingo games and pull tabs, organizing and verifying inventory, labeling materials, setting up tables, and preparing the parish hall.

Second Shift: 4:45–9:45 p.m. — 7 volunteers

Volunteers will assist with final game preparation, selling Bingo games and pull tabs, restocking sellers, assisting players, organizing materials, cleaning tables and the parish hall, removing trash, and completing closing duties.

Volunteers must focus on their assigned responsibilities, follow all instructions carefully, and refrain from using cellphones except in an emergency. Arriving late, leaving early, or failing to complete assigned duties may result in the shift being marked incomplete.

A missed shift will result in a $150 no-show fee and cannot be rescheduled or made up. Thank you for helping make Friday Bingo successful!
