Friday Bingo is an important fundraiser supporting the students and programs of St. Bernard School. Volunteers must arrive on time, check in, remain for the entire five-hour shift, and complete all assigned responsibilities. Cellphone use is not permitted except in an emergency.
12:30pm - 5:30pm
Shift 1: Game preparation:
Volunteers will bundle, label, count, verify, and organize Bingo games using the provided checklist. Volunteers must work carefully and follow all instructions to prevent inventory errors.

Shift 2: Working the Event

1 inventory-control volunteer
1 cleaning and closing volunteer
During the event, you need to help wherever needed.
