The Launch Party is the official public unveiling of Make Your Mark and Artisan's Mill — a fundraising celebration and a first look at something we've been building for this valley. Volunteers are invited to join us for exciting news, an evening of champagne, tapas, a raffle, and a vision reveal we can't wait to share.
We need a small team of volunteers to help make this night run smoothly. From welcoming guests at the door to staffing our Make Your Mark signing wall, running the silent auction & prize drawing table, and helping with setup and breakdown... there's a spot for everyone.
Decorating, easel placement, signage, wall setup, table arrangement. For those who love making a space beautiful.
Floater support — helping guests, keeping things moving, whatever needs doing. Filling in when anyone from another position needs a break
Greeting guests, handing out pledge cards and drink tickets, explaining the Make Your Mark wall. Warm, welcoming energy required.
Staffing the signing wall, handing out markers, welcoming donors into the moment.
Welcoming guests to browse silent auction items, answering questions, and collecting bids. The suggested donation prize drawing happens at 8:30pm — you'll help facilitate the drawing and assist winners with claiming their prizes. Organized and friendly energy a plus.
