8th Grade Graduation Event Crew

4 volunteers for event crew - 2 shifts: 8am preparation through 12pm event completion, and 10am event supervision through 1/1:30 event clean-up. Note our 7th graders will also be helping with the event itself.
- start coffee percolator
- warm up the oven
- receive food
- set up buffet table
set-up the 7th grade volunteers
Clean up:
- breakdown tables and chairs
- clean up kitchen & take extra food to the PA lounge
- take home table cloths, wash them and return them
8:00am - 12:00pm
