- move supplies from the PA shed to the event space: coat rack for grad gowns, hangers, table cloths, vases, chafing dishes, serving platters, tongs, serving spoons, and decor
- Set up tables, chairs, and decor in Parish Hall
3:30pm - 5:30pm
