The Gala is held at Saint Vincent's School and Church located in Holladay. 1375 Spring Lane, Holladay, UT 84117.

Depending on the progress made on Friday, this position will help with final touches or last minute items.

Set up dessert dash table
Arranging deserts for dessert dash (May have to pull any frozen dessert (Like gellato) from freezer right before dessert dash. That time will depend on when dinner is wrapping up.

Purchase 12lbs of ice and bring to Saint Vincent's
Each slot will bring 12lbs of ice to Saint Vincent's to stock the bar. (Amount used for purchasing ice can be put towards volunteer hours, or you can submit a receipt for reimbursement)
