Gala Night (Saturday, November 15)

Join the fun! Volunteer at the gala and help make the night a success! The Gala is held in the gym and Holy Family Hall at Saint Vincent's School and Church in Holladay (1375 East Spring Ln). The Gala starts at 5:30 in the school gym and will move to the Holy Family Hall at 7:00 for dinner and the live auction. After dinner and the auction, we will move back into the gym for drinks and dancing until 11:00 pm.
Check in Volunteers
Check-in guests, verify guest info, swipe credit cards, hand out bidder packets, register new guests and assign bid numbers (as needed). Also act as silent auction package runner, data entry and package distribution.
Promote and record Wheelbarrow of Booze Opportunity Tickets.
Record and distribute drink tickets and unlimited drink wristbands.
Keep and eye on venue entry and exit points and ensure guests don't over consume alcohol.
Help with the pizza toss station. (Not real dough, so it wont be messy)

Gather and organize silent auction packages by winning bidders.

Collect table bid sheets, total bids by table and organize by highest to lowest amounts.
Rearrange and set up gym for dancing. Set up disbursement tables as well as snack table.
