On-Campus Volunteers are needed to set up in the cafe and the gymnasium for the Black History Celebration. DOUBLE HOURS for volunteering on a Friday afternoon! This will be physical labor (moving chairs, tables, risers), so please dress for dusty work and be aware of the physical needs. Enter in thru the Media Center doors and ask for Mr. Healey. *TO LOG YOUR HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIFT: (You will receive these instructions in your confirmation email as well) 1. Take a selfie while volunteering at school! 2. Make a note of the time you started/finished your volunteer shift 3. Log in to your TRACK IT FORWARD account 4. Usually the Hour Log screen opens up first in the app 5. Otherwise, use the menu to go to the "Hour Log" 6. Click the blue "Prefill from an event" link 7. Choose the "shift" you are reporting 8. Enter the hours you were at school for that shift 9. The date is already filled out - verify it matches the day you were at school 10. For activity, choose "On Campus Volunteering" 11. Notes: Add a note of who you worked with or who you checked in with 12. Click Associated event (again) and choose from drop down 13. Click "ADD VERIFICATIONS" - you can add organizer if needed (or to identify donations through teams or clubs) 14. Verifications: Selfie - you can upload your picture here of you volunteering :-) 15. Hit Submit. From here the submission will go to the organizer for approval. You should see your hours logged in your account as "pending approval". Once approved, they will show on your total! 16.
