The ULTIMATE important date for Seniors is QUICKLY approaching and the West Shore PTA needs your help!  

Thursday, April 23rd is our Senior Project Board Presentation date when the Seniors will present their year-long academic projects to a panel of 100 volunteer judges from all around our community.

We will host a full day of food and drinks for the judges so A LOT of hands-on help and supplies are needed to show our appreciation to our local lawyers, accountants, doctors, nurses, police officers, court judges, business owners, engineers, financial advisors, city officials, teachers, school board members, among many others, who will spend their day providing valuable feedback critiquing and grading all senior projects.  These senior projects are one of the reasons West Shore is unique because every senior must do well on their project grade and presentation in order to graduate.

VOLUNTEER HOURS: 

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.  PLEASE remember this is a GREAT way to finish your important mandatory volunteer hours for school by volunteering your time at the event. 

*To provide for as many families as possible, only one adult per family may volunteer for this sign-up.  This is an honor system...please do the honorable thing and follow the rules.  Additionally, if you have already earned your twenty (20) volunteer hours per family, please do not volunteer for this event!  After signing up, if you are unable to volunteer, please delete your sign-up immediately to provide the opportunity to another family.  Thank you for your support!

When volunteering, please check in at the main office and then report to the Auditorium.
