This site is used to track volunteer time for W2WCR Warren County Radio Club members and other Hams in and around the Warren County, NY area who participate in ARES, RACES, SKYWARN, Red Cross, LASAR, etc.
This time is used to submit monthly (ARES Forms 2 and 4) and annual (ARES Form 3) activity reports to ARES/ARRL for the purposes of establishing and maintaining MOUs/MOAs with served agencies (Red Cross, FEMA, DHS, etc.) and to lobby the FCC to maintain or even expand Ham privileges on the RF spectrum.
