St. Paul Athletic Ministry Volunteer Portal Description

Welcome to St. Paul Athletic Ministry!

Our athletic events are more than games—they are opportunities to serve Christ by serving others.

Every parent, supporter, student, coach, official, and volunteer plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, organized, and Christ-centered environment for our athletes and guests.

Whether you're working concessions, admissions, scorekeeping, cleanup, hospitality, or another role, your service helps make our ministry possible.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." — Colossians 3:23

Volunteer Expectations

By signing up to volunteer you agree to:

Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled shift.
If unable to serve, find a replacement whenever possible.
Represent Christ through kindness, hospitality, and sportsmanship.
Follow directions from event coordinators and Athletic Ministry leadership.
Wear clothing appropriate for serving.
Help leave the facility cleaner than you found it.
Encourage athletes, officials, guests, and fellow volunteers.
