St. Mary's Catholic School

Once a month we put out a lunch/breakfast/themed snack bar for our teachers and staff in the school kitchen in the gym. Parents provide the food. The menu is set each month, with quantities based on an estimated 25 teachers and staff. Sign up for one item, or a few if you are able, and drop it off in the morning. When you sign up, please indicate in the notes what item you will be bringing. Please label any serving dishes with your name so we can get them back to you.

Potlucks are the second Thursday of the month, September through May. No potluck in August or January, and a few dates shift for holidays or school events.

October's Staff Potluck will be an evening event. We'll provide dinner for teachers and staff on the evening of Parent/Teacher Conferences. Timing for item drop-off and pick-up will be communicated leading up to the event. 

If you donate to the potluck (in any quantity of items) you can count one hour of volunteer service hours in Track it Forward.
