Peach Sale - First Fundraiser of the year!

We’re looking for an 8th grade parent to volunteer to coordinate the peaches sale! This is our first big fundraiser of the year.
We will be selling peaches for $45 for a 25lb box (tax included).
Sales start on August 10 and orders are due Thursday, September 3. Pick up on Tuesday, September 8 from 3:00-5:30pm in the school parking lot.
8th grade parent to coordinate volunteers and ensure the word is out there about peach sales
We need a volunteer to oversee our peach sales spreadsheet!
1. Create and maintain progressive tally spreadsheet for all peach sales (paper and electronic orders).
2. Pick up paper orders from the school office throughout and on the final day of sale, complete a count, and add to the spreadsheet.
3. Complete a final count on electronic orders submitted through Square and update spreadsheet.
4. After final tally has been completed, request a check from PTO Treasurer for Henggeler’s for grand total of all boxes.
5. Request to receive the check by Sept. 7 for peach pick up on 9/8.
6. Submit all payments to PTO Treasurer by Sept. 8.
