Spring Concert Volunteers

NCYC Spring Concert will be held at Christ Community Church in Carmichael at 5025 Manzanita Ave. on Saturday, May 16.
In addition to ushers and reception help, we need back of house volunteers for all choirs during all rehearsals and the concert itself. Thank you for contributing to the success of your singer's performance!

Chaperone Primo Voce during morning rehearsal - 3 Volunteer hours
Chaperone Intermezzo during morning rehearsal - 3 Volunteer hours
Chaperone Bel Canto during morning rehearsal - 3 Volunteer hours
Chaperone Bella Voce during morning rehearsal - 3 Volunteer hours
Donate (1) large package of mandarin oranges; deliver during dress rehearsal 1 Volunteer hour
Donate (2) containers of Grapes; deliver during dress rehearsal - 1 Volunteer hour
Donate (2) 16 oz containers of strawberries, deliver during dress rehearsal -1 Volunteer hour
Donate one large case bottled water, deliver during dress rehearsal -1 Volunteer hour
Set up refreshment tables before the concert; 2 Volunteer hours
Chaperone Primo Voce during dress rehearsal and concert; Sit with singers throughout the concert (you will be watching the concert with the singers) - 2 volunteer hours
Chaperone Intermezzo during dress rehearsal and concert; Sit with singers throughout the concert (you will be watching the concert with the singers)- 2 volunteer hours
Chaperone Bel Canto during Dress rehearsal and concert; Sit with singers throughout the concert (you will be watching the concert with the singers) - 2 volunteer hours
Chaperone Bella Voce during Dress rehearsal and concert; Sit with singers throughout the concert (you will be watching the concert with the singers) - 2 volunteer hours
Hand out programs to ticket holders, direct ticket buyers to ticket sales table - 1 Volunteer hour
Welcome guests and direct them to their seats and answer questions before the concert begins - 1 Volunteer hour
Check Premises for items left behind by singers and guests; Check bathrooms and back rooms to make sure they are left in clean condition; assist with reception clean-up as necessary - 2 volunteer hours
Monitor/assist with guests getting refreshments and clean up reception area after the concert - volunteer hours
