Gift Cards - Due week of April 6-9 during rehearsals; 1 Gift Card = 1 Volunteer Hour
Other donations - Due on April 25th at 9:30am (beginning of event); 1 item donated = 1 Volunteer Hour
Work the Event - Please arrive at the venue at 9:30am on April 25; clean-up will be from 12-12:30pm 1 hour of work = 1 Volunteer Hour
Gift Basket Coordinator - Between April 10 and 25, the coordinator will create fun, themed gift baskets with donated gift cards to raffle off for singers. Will work with Nicole to request other donations for baskets, if needed. 15 volunteer hours
The Gift Basket Coordinator will put together fun and creative gift baskets for the Sing-a-Thon raffle, where singers can enter tickets for a chance to win. This person will gather donated gift cards from Judy and/or Nicole and use them to build themed baskets. They’re also encouraged to get creative and add additional items — whether donated or purchased — to make each basket extra special and exciting! The coordinator will also be responsible for bringing the completed gift baskets to the Sing-a-Thon event on April 25th.

First shift; Assist with food prep and set-up; monitor food tables until shift 2 arrives
Check in singers as they arrive; collect cash/check donations if any; during event total donations raised per singer and place raffle tickets in envelopes for singers (1 raffle ticket per $20 raised)
Put other half of tickets in raffle bowl; draw winners at the end of the event (winners do not need to be present to win)
Bring a laptop or iPad to access online fundraising page to total donations.
