Set up food table; monitor food table during event; assist with clean up after event

Check-In Table & Raffle

Check in singers as they arrive; collect cash/check donations if any; during event total donations raised per singer and place raffle tickets in envelopes for singers (1 raffle ticket per $20 raised)

Put other half of tickets in raffle bowl; draw winners at the end of the event (winners do not need to be present to win)

Bring a laptop or iPad to access online fundraising page to total donations.
