No-Show to volunteer shift
-First Shift No-Show – Warning to family.
-Second Shift No-Show - $400.00 Volunteer deposit fee will be forfeited/processed. If your buyout does not clear, Coach will be notified and athlete will sit out until paid.
YOU MUST SIGN IN, IN PERSON, IN THE VOLUNTEER BINDER.
Help set up the field, tents, tables, and signage before the game begins to ensure everything is ready for teams and spectators.
Prepare the snack shack by organizing food, setting up cooking equipment, and getting the area ready for sales.
Welcome guests at the entrance, collect admission, and direct people to the correct areas. For JPW game
Set up Spirit Wear for sale and sell items at the booth
Work in the snack shack selling food and drinks, handling cash/card transactions, and restocking items as needed.
Work on the sidelines operating the down markers and chains to assist referees with play position. JPW game
Operate the game clock and manage time during play and between quarters. Run the scoreboard, updating scores and tracking the quarter and timeouts. JPW game
Assist the announcer by identifying players and plays throughout the game. JPW game
Record the game from the designated filming area to provide footage for coaches and players to review. JPW game
Track and ensure all players meet the league’s minimum play requirement during the game. JPW game
Provide general assistance wherever needed, including helping coaches, referees, or staff with game logistics. Meet at Spirit Booth until instructed what to do. JPW game
