Palm Sunday Family Basket sign up

This is a sign-up to create your own themed basket for the Palm Sunday Basket Auction. You can send your basket in at any time before March 13th. This will allow HSA time take photos for the website. Included with your basket should be a retail value and a list of what is inside. You do not have to wrap your basket, but feel free to include supplies for us to wrap your basket.
