Stallholders and activity providers at Have A Go Expo 2026, taking place on Saturday, 31 January at the Stirling Street Arts Centre.
We will have a usual 4 stations - Reception, General Repairs, Low Voltage Electronics, Texitle/Clothing Repairs. New volunteers are always welcomed. If you don't have repair skills yet, you can be mentored. by one of our more experienced repairers. Volunteers under 16 are to be accompanied by an adult. Mandy, Kerry and Becky have volunteered for this event, but they would appreciate buddies so more repairs can occur.

Bump in from 8:00am - Repair Cafe are confident we can set up in a hour, so our roster starts at 9am

There is also an option to set up the day before the event (3:00-5:00pm) if activities are inside.
Arrival Bump in starts at 8:00am for stallholders. Please head to the registration desk in Studio 5 to check in. You will then be shown to your stall and will be able to set up straight away. The event starts at 10:00am sharp.
Context The 2026 Have A Go Expo will be running concurrently with the Stirling Street Arts Centre’s 2026 Open Day, Bunbury Fringe and the Summer Lovin’ Festival. This is a great opportunity to celebrate local partnerships and community groups across the Greater Bunbury region.
Stall Layout What’s included on the day:
1x trestle table
2x chairs
Access to power (by request – limited availability)
Stallholder support staƯ on the day
A vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with live music, food, and workshops
Please bring:
A tablecloth (we may be better placed with a combination of table clothes/large butchers paper)
You may use tent pegs to secure marquees or bigger items if allocated an outside stall - We are on concrete, so will need weights instead***
Stall Activities We ask that each stall has an interactive element. Everything must be free for participants. Please reach out to the event organiser if you would like any more clarification.
Giveaways You are welcome to distribute merchandise or freebies at your stall; however, this is not compulsory. We only ask that you do not give out any lollies/ chocolates/sweets/alcohol at the event.
Food Food will not be provided by Blue Leaf but there will be food trucks at the event to purchase at your own expense.
Photos/Videos There will be an event photographer capturing the event on the day. Photos and videos taken during this event may be used for publicity purposes, on social media, and for other purposes as deemed appropriate by Investing in Our Youth. If you do not consent to this, please speak with the photographer on the day.
Public Transport The closest bus stop is Bunbury Bus Stop (for all routes except 842).
Parking Stallholders can drive up on the grass from the back gate between the Bunbury Croquet Club and Bunbury City Band buildings. You must unload and then park your car at the Cobblestone Drive carpark. You will not be able to park in the SSAC carpark for the event.
Water We have the Aqwest Rehydration stand available on the day. Please bring a water bottle.
