Holy Trinity is hosting St. John Fisher, St. Cecilia, and our students for the Middle School Dance. We need your help - all volunteers must be current with CASE and volunteer requirements for this school year.
12:15pm - 12:30pm
Snacks: 50 snack size popcorn bags
can be dropped off at school at 12:15pm

1:00pm - 3:00pm
Set up and decorations: Transform the gym into a red carpet event! Role involves rolling out floor mat to protect floors, hanging lights from ceiling, setting-up photobooth, tables/chairs, DJ table, and getting the rest of decor into place.
6:15pm - 8:30pm
Chaperones will be responsible for monitoring behavior, keeping students out of the hallways and general crowd control.
Will be located in a variety of places including the gym, cafeteria, hallways, outside bathrooms

2 HT adults - check in, cell phones, monitor behavior

6:30pm - 8:30pm
HT Adult: Take Photos. Upload images to a shared drive for download after dance. Photobooth backdrop & ring light stand provided. Must supply own device to take pictures. HT lead volunteer will follow-up with you.
8:30pm - 9:30pm
Clean Up: Role includes decoration removal, returning tables to original locations, putting away gym floor mat after sweeping it, taking out garbage and sweeping gym floor.
