Coffee & Donuts - Grades 4, 5, 6

Help us bring our school and parish communities together! Families from our host grades are invited to help with Coffee & Donuts following the 9:00 AM Mass. Volunteer opportunities include set-up, greeting, donut pick-up, coffee service/restocking, and clean-up. Many hands make light work!
Pick up our pre-ordered donuts from Safeway in Bellevue and deliver them to St. Louise before Mass. We’ll provide the order details and pick-up information in advance.
Set up tables and supplies and get coffee started before Mass. Volunteers can attend the 9:00 AM Mass once setup is complete.
Welcome parishioners and families as they arrive for Coffee & Donuts and help create a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Help serve donuts, monitor and restock coffee and supplies, and keep the hospitality area tidy.
Help with final cleanup, wipe tables, take out trash, put supplies away, and leave the space ready for the parish.
