Auction Check-In/Registration

Check-in/Registration: Help us get our guests all checked in for a night of fun. This job will entail working with the Greater Giving Platform. Training will be provided a few days before the event.
Check-in Support: Help support our amazing Greater Giving team by gathering prepared Auction packets to hand off at check-in. When Check-in is complete, you will help move all necessary items to Dillon Hall for check-out at the end of the night.
Check-out Support: Help guests with final receipts and purchases and add any live auction purchases to guests’ final billing through Greater Giving along with any end-of-night Greater Giving needs, including receipts and item retrieval. Training will be provided.
Games: Help us run a fun game! We will be offering three games (TBD).
Heads or Tails Raffle Beads: Help us Sell our final Raffle tickets and Heads and Tails Beads. This person will walk around and greet guests with Raffle tickets and Bead options.
Live Auction: Runner and paddle spotter. During our live auction, you will be in charge of helping us spot bidders and running the final live auction numbers to the check-out desks by Xavier Hall.
Kitchen- Dishwasher/Servers/Table Bussers: Our fabulous caterer needs your help. Help us keep the night moving by helping our caterer and their staff.
Bartenders You will be in charge of distributing alcohol either at check-in or in the cafeteria. This job is for 21 and over.
