Festival Check-in And Reporting Instructions

Festival Check-in and Logging Hours:

First of all, Thank you for signing up for the festival work. Since we are using new reporting app this year, I would like to provide you few instructions on check-in and reporting.

CHECK-IN :
Please check-in with the booth chair or committee member when you arrive for the shift. Please arrive 5-10mins early. Make sure, you show your confirmation email of your TWO shifts.

REPORTING HOURS :
Please remember to log your hours for the festival work according to your shift. Every shift is a 2 hours time slot. So, to log your 4 hours, you will have to do it separately.

If you are using the downloaded track-it-forward app, select the “Parish Festival Booth Helper” activity and select the “Associated Event” you are reporting to. If you’ve rsvp’d your shift, your shift should appear here. See the app version image attached(HourLogAppVersion.PNG) in the attachment section. Click on Add Verification (optional) and then submit.

If you are using the web (or link from your email) version, select the “Parish Festival Booth Helper” activity. Please copy your shift information from your confirmation email and paste it in the Notes section. See the web version (LogHoursWebVersion) image attached.

To report your hours, please use the same email (or username) to access your account that was used to rsvp your shift.

Also, do not forget to log your hours asap or within 48hrs.
