ASH Halloween set up Minitheque for PS-2nd GR Day 1

This is the day we need to built the decoration for the minitheque. We need to black out the lights of the windows, cover ceiling with fabrics and webs, install background in the area, install any electric system.
WE NEED TO LEAVE THE BATHROOM ACCESSIBLE UNTIL THURSDAY 1PM!!!
9:00am - 12:00pm
windows blackout
Needs to block lights on windows with cardboard and tape and may be aluminum
12:00pm - 3:00pm
Ceiling installation
Needs to install wires on hoops to create a base then place black sheer fabrics on top to hide the ceiling. Add webs on the wires
3:00pm - 5:00pm
Wall decoration
Hide walls with fabrics and place decorations in the library to bring the spookiness
