ASH| Grandparents & Friends Day

Guide our grandparents & friends into the classrooms and hallways on that very special day!
We are looking for 4 photographers (2 for portraits and 2 for classroom candids) as well as photographer helpers to assist with guest flow and gathering students.
8:15am - 11:00am
Photographers
2 photographers take portraits for souvenir. 2 photographers take candids in the classrooms. Once done, send the files to Advancement to share with guests.
8:45am - 11:00am
Guide Grandparents
Guide the guests, escort them to sibling classrooms, potentially guide them to the photobooth, and end the event by giving them a tour of campus.
