2026 Kermesse / Spring Fair

Our annual Kermesse/Spring Fair is a fun, family-friendly carnival-style event - Fun inflatables (e.g., bouncy slides), Carnival Games, Facepainting, Balloon Animals, and Giant Bubbles! BBQ (merguez, other grilled items) and beverages will be available for sale from the Dad's Club.
Parent volunteers will help monitor the carnival games to make sure kids have fun and stay safe. You will have a tote with supplies: copies of BINGO cards for kids as well as stamps. During your shift, you will stamp kids' BINGO cards (one stamp per game played), and if a child doesn't already have a BINGO card, you can give them one. If a child completes their BINGO card, you can direct them across the lawn to the Prize table where they will turn in their completed BINGO card for a prize.
Monitors are asked to commit to at least one 30-minute shift, although hour shifts are available.
We also have shifts for the prize table. The prize table will be located near the BBQ stand. At the prize table, there will be BINGO cards that you can give to kids and explain the rules (complete the BINGO card by playing carnival games, turn in the completed BINGO card at the prize table and select a prize). When kids come to the prize table with a completed BINGO card, please take the card and help the kid select a prize. One BINGO card = one prize.
