ASH Hot Chocolate Day / Chocolate Chaud

Ashbury Campus Hot chocolate Day will cap a delicious Semaine du goût / Tasting Week and help celebrate Valentine’s Day. Parent volunteers will serve hot chocolate to students during recess. Younger students will receive cold chocolate milk. See the serving schedule below:
8:45-9:30 am: Hot Chocolate and Cold Chocolate Milk picked up at local vendor and delivered to school reception
Served to PS and MS students on the Preschool playground (Ashbury St.)
LPE: 8:45-9:30 am: Cold chocolate milk will be given to teachers that morning to distribute in their classes when convenient (1 parent needed, perhaps same parent who drops off at reception)
PS: 9:45-10:15 am: Cold chocolate milk served on playground (1-2 parents needed)
MS: 10:15-10:45 am: Hot Chocolate Served on Playground (2 parents needed)
Served to older students Grande Section (Kindergarten) and up on Downey Side playground
K-Gr 1: 9:45-10:15 am (2 parents needed)
Gr 2 & 3: 10:15-10:45 am ( 2 parents needed)
Gr 4 & 5: 10:45-11:15 am (2 parents needed)
