Guide our grandparents guests into the classrooms and hallways on that very special day. One photograph needed to take portrait pictures for sweet memories and 2 for portraits.

Guide Grandparents
Guide the guests, bring them to sibling classrooms, prepare the children for the photo booth, end the event by giving them a tour of campus.
8:45am - 11:30am
Photographers
2 photographers take portraits for souvenir, with help of an assistant. 2 photographers take candids in the classrooms. Once done, send the files to Advancement to share with guests.
