Spread holiday cheer with us! Volunteers needed for setup, food service, greeting, merchandise sales, and cleanup at our festive celebration for families. Your time ensures a magical experience for all. Join our team and make memories that sparkle!
The party will be held at the expERIEnce Children's Museum
Unload | Assist in Set-up in designated area.
Highlight attendees on registration list; and hand out name tags
Prior to event: assist with food prep and setup.
During event: greet members, answer questions, assist with food distribution, and maintain area cleanliness.
Warmly greet guests, thank them for coming, answer any questions, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Welcome and collect gifts (secretly) distributed Santa cards (one per child!!)
Assist the photographer with photos and help hand out “Gifts from Santa.” Collect participating members’ gifts and assist Santa with distribution.
Ensure Family Members fill out "Enter to Win" form assist with any questions.
All hands on deck!
Tear down and clean assigned areas — i.e., pack leftover food, gather supplies, and check each area for lost items.
