Lenten Soup Supper

All Saints PTO is hosting our parish Lenten Soup Supper on 3/4/26 from 5pm-7pm. This is a wonderful event for the whole parish, and every family is invited to join us for an evening of community and fellowship.
We need volunteers for the following things:
- set up
- servers
- cleanup
- food donations (soup, bread, sandwiches)
Provide 1 large pot/crockpot of soup (preferably in crock pot to keep warm). Please label your pot and with your name so we can return to you! (3pts) Please also label the type of soup and ingredients to help with allergies.
*soup should be dropped off at dismissal (2:45-3:30) in the PAC
Help set up tables and chairs, set up buffet tables, organize food donations, etc. (1pt)
prep and bag 1 dozen PBJ sandwiches (1.5pts)
Provide 3 dozen Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls (1pt)
*Drop in school office labeled soup supper or deliver to PAC by 4pm on 3/4/26.
Serve soup and volunteer to serve as needed during the soup supper (ladle soup into bowls, refill drinks, pass out bread and sandwiches) (1pt)

Help cleanup tables and chairs, wash dishes, do whatever needs to be done in the PAC to wrap up the event. (1pt)
