Penny Bazaar Cupcake Volunteers

The Penny Bazaar is a one-hour event held on October 31st from 1:30pm-2:30pm, in the back parking lot. It's a fun-filled afternoon where all kids in grades K-8 have an opportunity to play games, win prizes, and buy cupcakes!
Each of the classes will run a fun game or activity, but we also need some volunteers to sell cupcakes!
We are looking for VIRTUS-certified volunteers for the following roles:
Collect cupcakes during morning carpool and bring them to the cafeteria (7:30 - 8:00)
Set up and assist at the cupcake table (1:00 - 2:00)
Cupcake table assistance and clean up (2:00 - 3:00)
El Penny Bazaar es un evento de una hora que se celebra el 31 de octubre, de 1:30 p. m. a 2:30 p. m., en el estacionamiento trasero. ¡Es una tarde llena de diversión en la que todos los niños de K-8 tienen la oportunidad de jugar, ganar premios y comprar cupcakes!
Cada una de las clases organizará un juego o actividad divertida, ¡pero también necesitamos voluntarios para vender cupcakes!
Buscamos voluntarios con certificación VIRTUS para las siguientes funciones:
Recoger los cupcakes durante el transporte compartido de la mañana y llevarlos a la cafetería (7:30 - 8:00).
Montar y ayudar en la mesa de cupcakes (1:00 - 2:00).
Ayudar en la mesa de cupcakes y limpiar (2:00 - 3:00).
