The Parents' Guild is requesting volunteers and donations for the upcoming Mothers and Daughters Sunset Blessing on Sunday, October 4th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Since this is a Mother and Daughter event, we would love to get dads to volunteer day of the event.

 

Please deliver all drinks on September 30th to the loading dock.  Everything else should be dropped off at the office by September 29th. Please label them "Mother-Daughters Sunset Blessing."

If for some reason you need to cancel your volunteer shift or in-kind donation within 48 hours of the event, please find another parent to replace your duties or donation. Please note that in-kind donations or purchased food for sporting events or other hospitality events is credited one hour for each $25 spent. Each family is allowed a maximum of 15 hours ($375) completed with in-kind donations or purchases.
