End of Year Faculty Party Donations

The Parents' Guild needs your help with the upcoming End of Year Faculty Party. All donations need to be dropped off by Friday, June 5th by 9am.
Remember to track your hours and donations here - https://www.trackitforward.com/site/flintridge-sacred-heart-academy. If for some reason you need to cancel your volunteer shift or in-kind donation within 48 hours of the event, please find another parent to replace your duties or donation. Please note that in-kind donations or purchased food for sporting events or other hospitality events is credited one hour for each $25 spent. Each family is allowed a maximum of 15 hours ($375) completed with in-kind donations or purchases.

Wash/Iron Tablecloths and Return to School. Pick the tablecloths up from school on June 5th between 3 and 4pm at the front office.
